Requirements to Become an Elite Ambassador

• Must have personally purchased and used Leos hair extensions prior to application.

• Willingness to genuinely showcase and recommend Leos products.

Consistent Content Creation:

• Commitment to creating a minimum of 2-3 dedicated Leos Hair Extension posts/videos per month (e.g., tutorials, styling tips, before & afters, product reviews).

• Inclusion of your unique ambassador code/link in relevant content.

Professionalism & Brand Alignment:

• Maintain a positive and professional online image.

• Adhere to Leos Hair Extension brand guidelines and values.

• Do not promote competing hair extension brands.

Engagement & Interaction:

How It Works (Elite Ambassador)

• Application: Interested individuals submit an online application through the Leos Hair Extension website, providing details about their social media handles, audience demographics, and a statement of interest.

• Review & Interview: The Leos marketing team will review applications, evaluate online presence, and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.

• Agreement & Onboarding: Approved ambassadors sign a formal agreement outlining terms, responsibilities, and benefits. They receive a comprehensive onboarding kit, including product samples (if applicable), brand guidelines, and their unique ambassador code/link.

• Content Creation & Promotion: Ambassadors actively create and share content featuring Leos Hair Extensions, utilizing their unique code/link.

• Tracking & Payments: Sales are tracked via a dedicated ambassador dashboard. Commissions are paid monthly (e.g., via PayPal or direct deposit) 30 days net after the end of the month.

• Ongoing Support & Collaboration: Regular check-ins with your Ambassador Manager, performance reviews, and continuous collaboration opportunities.

 

General Program Terms and Conditions (Applicable to Both Programs)

• Payment Processing: All commissions are calculated based on net sales (excluding returns, shipping, and taxes).

• Cookie Duration: A 30-day cookie duration for ambassador and affiliate links ensures you get credit for sales made within that period.

• Brand Representation: All participants are expected to represent Leos Hair Extension in a positive and professional manner.

• Termination: Leos Hair Extension reserves the right to terminate program participation for any violation of the terms, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation of the brand.

• Program Modifications: Leos Hair Extension reserves the right to modify program terms, benefits, or commission rates at any time with prior notice.
