Leo's Hair Extensions Membership Terms and Agreement Summary

Memberships have a fixed duration of 4, 6 or 9 months.
Payments are made automatically on a monthly or biweekly basis.
All payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All hair sales and services are final once prepared, cut, colored, or installed.

At the end of the contracted term, the membership is automatically renewed each month.
You can cancel it in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date.
You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before your initial contract ends.

Includes a revision service (“refresh”) after each complete installation.
Must be scheduled within 4-6 weeks of your appointment depending on level chosen.

You can pause your membership once during your contract, for a maximum of 30 days with written notice. During this period, no services or appointments will be offered.
The contract is extended by the number of paused days.
Pausing your membership has a reactivation fee of $50 USD.
If you need to cancel early, you can do so through an "early buyout": you'll pay the difference between what you already paid and the full non-membership value of the services received. This avoids penalties.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, missed appointments, or late arrivals may result in:
- A fee between $100 and $300 USD (depending on the estimated length of your appointment)
- Loss of reserved service without rescheduling

You must follow the instructions in the Leo's Hair Extensions Care Guide.
The 15-day guarantee only covers hair changes if:
- It has not been dyed, cut, damaged or manipulated by third parties
- The recommended products have been used
- The hair was removed solely by our team.
To apply for the guarantee, you must attend an in-person evaluation.

Results may vary depending on your hair type, chemical history, and lifestyle.
Leo's Hair Extensions is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, non-recommended products, or lack of proper maintenance.
