Thank you for choosing Leo’s Hair Extensions. We're committed to providing you with the highest quality service and ensuring the personalized preparation of your hair extension order. To guarantee a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review and accept the following policy:

Required Deposit

For all customized hair extension orders, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total cost is required at the time of placing your order. This deposit is essential to secure your request and cover the costs associated with the selection, preparation, and/or personalized coloring of the hair, which is done exclusively for you.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 hours in advance: If you need to cancel your appointment with more than 72 hours' notice, you have the option to:

  • Reschedule your appointment a single time without penalty.

  • Pick up the hair that has been prepared (if applicable).

• Less than 72 hours in advance: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the total forfeiture of your deposit. To schedule a new appointment, a new deposit will be required.

Hair Delivery in Case of Cancellation

In the event of a definitive cancellation where the service is not completed, the hair that has been prepared or fully paid for can be delivered to the client. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the deposit or the cost of the already processed hair.

Rescheduling Policy

A single rescheduling per order is permitted at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the original appointment. Any subsequent changes or additional reschedules may be subject to an additional administrative fee or the forfeiture of the original deposit.
