By scheduling an installation or purchasing extensions from Leo's Hair Extensions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

💳 Payments and Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment (unless you're using Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, or another approved financing method).

• The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns are not accepted under any circumstances once the hair has been prepared, cut, colored, or installed.

 

📅 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours), no-shows, or late arrivals may result in:

  • A charge of between $100 and $300 USD, depending on the amount of hair prepared.

  • Loss of deposit and reserved service, without the right to reschedule.

 

✂️ Installation and Service

• Installation includes:

  • Consultation and custom color

  • Professional application adapted to your hair type

  • Light cut only on the length and blended for a natural finish

  • Care guide and product recommendations

 

🧴 Care and Warranty

• It is mandatory to follow the Care Guide provided at the end of your appointment.

• The 15-day guarantee applies only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The hair has not been dyed, cut, damaged or manipulated by third parties

  • Only products recommended by Leo's have been used

  • The hair was removed exclusively by our team

  • The client must attend an in-person evaluation within the warranty period.
    Failure to do so, or if the hair has been altered or removed outside of the studio, will void the warranty.

  • If applicable, no exchanges or refunds will be made, but we may offer more hair or an additional service at no cost only if the client is a candidate after professional evaluation.

• Leo's Hair Extensions is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, non-recommended products, lack of maintenance, or third-party intervention outside the studio.
